The vertical single screw vacuum extruder includes electrical connection, pneumatic connection and mechanical connection part, where the mechanical connection part mainly includes the lower extrusion forming extrusion part and the upper mixing part. The lower extrusion section includes the head, mud cylinder, lower vacuum box, lower extrusion spindle, pressure head, where the pressure head is removable so that it is easy to clear the machine, mud screw, mud shaft, mud drive teeth, lubrication chestnut, window door plate, lower differential speed reducer, pneumatic clutch, joint group belt, pulley, lower extrusion main motor. The rear section of the lower extrusion spindle is mounted in the hollow shaft of the lower differential speed reducer, which is mounted on the lower reducer mounting plate, and the lower reducer mounting plate is mounted on the lower vacuum box. A set of bearings is installed in the middle section of the lower extrusion spindle, a set of gear set is installed on the mud press shaft, a spherical bearing is installed in the rear end of the mud press shaft, the spherical bearing is installed in the mud press shaft bearing bracket, the mud press shaft bearing bracket is installed inside the lower vacuum box, a spherical bearing is installed in the middle section of the mud press shaft. The spherical bearing is installed in the bearing shell, the bearing shell is installed in the hole of the middle plate of the lower vacuum box, and there is a skeleton oil seal seal, in which there is a transition vacuum box installed on the lower vacuum box body, and there is an upper mixing and granulation part installed on the transition vacuum box body. The upper stirring part mainly includes the upper stirring and granulating spindle, stirring knife and granulating screw.
