Installation, testing and Notes
Please reserved for manual operation and feeding position when
installation.
Testing ( It should be testing first when installation)
Do not put any objects (including hands) into the machine and the
belt cover while the machine is in operation.
Check all components, especially the bearing chamber.
It is necessary to check the screws in each part are loose before
turn on machine every day.
Fill up lubricant grease
Must be fill with lubricant grease of lubricating parts before the
use.
All need to fill up of diesel engine, hydraulic oil tank and,
gearbox of the diesel engine.
Check that the remaining auxiliary equipment is properly installed.
Check the cutting cavity.
Please make sure the belt clutch is disengaged before turn on the
diesel engine.
After the diesel engine runs,need to adjust the clutch to the
working state, check the cutting chamber (main engine) with any
running noise. (adjust the throttle appropriately according to the size of the
feeding materials, or manually control the feeding speed or stop
it, check the direction of the feeding roller is correct). Pay attention to the operation status after starting the
equipment, and stop the machine in time if any problem is found.
Pressure regulating valve: When crushing larger materials, turn
counterclockwise to lower the pressure to reduce the feeding speed,
and adjust the speed appropriately according to different materials
to increase the output.
