The Hammer Crusher
The hammer crusher is composed of several parts, such as an upper
casing, a lower casing, a transmission element, a sieve plate
member, and the like. Its main working component is a rotor, which
is equipped with a hammer (also known as a hammer). The rotor
consists of a main shaft, a disc, a pin and a hammer.
When powered on, the motor will drive the rotor to rotate at high
speed in the crushing chamber. The material is fed into the machine
from the upper feed port and is crushed by the impact, shearing and
grinding action of the high-speed moving hammer. Without a sieve
plate at the lower part of the rotor, the pulverized material that
is smaller than the mesh size will be discharged through the sieve
plate while the material with coarse grain bigger than the mesh
size will be retained on the sieve plate and still be hit and
ground by the hammer until it is finally discharged through the
sieve plate at the outside of the machine.
This crusher is mainly suitable for medium crushing, coarse
crushing, and can be used to process coal, limestone, slag, and
various medium-hard ores and rocks in construction, electric power,
chemical industry, metallurgy, geological and other industries and
