The bricks raw materials are batched, stirred and rolled, and afterwards, stirred with steam and then pumped and extruded for further forming. This forming process can create both ordinary and hollow brick strips of various sizes. The extruder device that is used in this process consists of four parts, the upper stage, lower stage, vacuum system and electric clutch system. What sets this extruder different to other is that the whole machine structure is welded with steel, then artificially aged, resulting in a compact and robust structure.
