The hammer crusher is a machine that crushes materials in the form
of impact, in both single and double rotor form. It is a crusher
for direct crushing of materials with a maximum size of 600-1800 mm
to a section of 25 or less. The hammer crusher is suitable for
crushing medium hardness materials such as limestone, slag, coke,
coal, etc. in cement, chemical, electric power, metallurgy and
other industrial sectors in medium and fine crushing operations.
The hammer crusher is divided into two forms: single rotor and
double rotor. The single rotor is divided into reversible and
irreversible types. Single rotor hammer crushers and ring hammer
crushers are widely used.
It consists of hammer crusher box, rotor, hammer head, impact
liner, screen plate, etc.
The main working part of the hammer crusher is the rotor with
hammers (also called hammer head). It is crushed by the blow,
impact, shear and grinding action of the hammer in high speed
movement. Moreover, the rotor is equipped with a sieve plate in the
lower part of the rotor, and those particles smaller than the size
of the sieve are discharged through the sieve plate. It is suitable
for crushing minerals of various brittle materials. The crushed
materials are coal, salt, baiya, gypsum, alum, brick, tile,
limestone, etc. The compressive strength of the hammer crusher
material is not more than 100 MPa and the humidity is not more than
15%. It can be used as crushing equipment for stone crushing, stone
crushing, mining crushing, plastic crushing, garbage crushing and
other materials.
